1、驗收門(men)窗
門要(yao)(yao)檢查是不是能正常(chang)打開(kai),靈不靈活,推拉(la)門要(yao)(yao)檢查滑輪軌道與軸承(cheng)的流暢性。窗(chuang)要(yao)(yao)檢查窗(chuang)臺高度,玻璃要(yao)(yao)逐一查驗有無破損、崩渣、碎裂、密(mi)封(feng)不嚴等(deng)情況,密(mi)封(feng)條(tiao)、防(fang)塵(chen)條(tiao)、防(fang)水條(tiao)不得(de)缺少。
2、驗(yan)收水電
驗(yan)收電路,業主可(ke)以(yi)在五金店或者網上(shang)購(gou)買一個“驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)插(cha)頭”用(yong)來(lai)輔(fu)助驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)。查看總的控(kong)制開關,先將電(dian)(dian)(dian)閘(zha)關掉(diao),檢查電(dian)(dian)(dian)閘(zha)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)是否有松(song)動的情況(kuang),之后再打開電(dian)(dian)(dian)閘(zha),使(shi)用(yong)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)檢查線(xian)路(lu)安裝(zhuang)是否合(he)理(li),把驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)插(cha)入插(cha)座以后,如果零線(xian)和(he)火(huo)線(xian)燈(deng)同時(shi)亮起,則插(cha)口正(zheng)常。驗(yan)收水(shui)(shui)(shui)路(lu)時(shi),業主可以打開水(shui)(shui)(shui)閥看排水(shui)(shui)(shui)是否流暢,有無阻(zu)塞,開水(shui)(shui)(shui)閥放水(shui)(shui)(shui)同時(shi)用(yong)衛生紙擦拭上下管道底部有無滲水(shui)(shui)(shui)。
3、驗收(shou)地面
驗(yan)收地(di)面的(de)話(hua)主要是(shi)(shi)看(kan)(kan)地(di)面是(shi)(shi)否(fou)平整,檢測(ce)房間地(di)面是(shi)(shi)否(fou)水(shui)平時,最為(wei)常見(jian)的(de)方法就是(shi)(shi)目測(ce)。目測(ce)不僅(jin)僅(jin)光(guang)看(kan)(kan),例如(ru)仔細檢查地(di)面是(shi)(shi)否(fou)有突起物、顏色是(shi)(shi)否(fou)大致均衡(heng)、地(di)面光(guang)滑度如(ru)何等。
4、驗收墻面
墻(qiang)面(mian)首先要檢(jian)(jian)查有沒(mei)有空鼓、開裂、掉(diao)灰的現象,有沒(mei)有鋼筋(jin)外(wai)露,然(ran)后(hou)檢(jian)(jian)查墻(qiang)面(mian)的平整度,最后(hou)還要檢(jian)(jian)查陰陽(yang)角(jiao)的垂直角(jiao)度是(shi)否符合標(biao)準。
